Consider becoming a manual osteopath.
Manual osteopathy has been chosen as one of the top 25 occupations in demand by CIBC. Average income is $90,000 per year and most manual osteopaths charge anywhere between $80 to $140 per hour for osteopathic care. Most private health insurers cover manual osteopathic care.
Most manual osteopaths in British Columbia are NAO graduates. We are the largest provider of manual osteopathic education in the world, teaching in 68 countries.
We offer a 1 year diploma program in osteopathic manual practice through on-campus or online education for high school graduates (the program is 6 months for those with prior health education).

Our diploma program is approved by the British Columbia Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (www.bcaomp.org, manual osteopath Mark McKenzie, DOMP, the association president is an NAO graduate), National Manual Osteopathic Society, Society of Osteopaths of Canada and many other association.
